Booking Confirmation & Payment Policy

Bohol Tour Package   To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit (DP) is required. Once we receive the deposit, an FTS representative will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. Additionally, you will receive a separate hotel booking confirmation from your preferred hotel within 24 to 48 hours.  📌 (Please note: An additional deposit may be required for preferred hotels that require 50% payment for booking confirmation or full payment upon booking.)  

The remaining balance will be collected upon arrival at the airport on the first day of the tour. FTS accepts bank transfer, GCash, or cash, depending on the guest's preferences. 

Boracay Tour Package   To secure the booking, full payment is required. Once payment is received, an FTS representative will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours. Additionally, a confirmation from the preferred hotel will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.  

Cebu Tour Package  To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit (DP) is required. Once we receive the deposit, an FTS representative will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. Iloilo Tour Package   A 50% deposit (DP) is required to confirm the booking. Once the deposit is received, an FTS representative will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours. A hotel booking confirmation from the preferred hotel will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days before the first day of the tour. FTS accepts bank transfer, GCash, or cash, depending on the guest's preferences. 

International Tour Package   To secure the booking, full payment is required. Once payment is received, an FTS representative will send a booking confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. 

Palawan Tour Package   A  50%  deposit (DP) is required to confirm the booking. Once the deposit is received, an FTS representative will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours. A hotel booking confirmation from the preferred hotel will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days before the first day of the tour. FTS accepts bank transfer, GCash, or cash, depending on the guest's preferences.



Ticketing Services (Airlines & 2GO Ferry)   To secure the booking, full payment is required. Once payment is received, an FTS representative will confirm the payment. The ticket must be booked immediately to secure the current rate. An electronic ticket will be sent to the passenger via their preferred method, whether it be email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or Viber. 

Credit Card Payments:

Full payments using a credit card must be processed at least 7 days before the arrival date (first day of the tour). This applies to all FTS local packages availed that doesn't require full payment upon booking confirmation.
